"Thank you for such a splendid day on Thursday at Whychford. I came away with extra ideas and enthusiasm due to your talk and slides. The other members of the group were fun to be with and Tanya helped it all go so smoothly and with such a good lunch. Many thanks again."

"[Roddy} ... is full of charm and wit, and a good speaker ... Llewellyn's seminars are excellent ... this man shouldn't be called Sir Roderic Llewellyn Bt at all, he should be called Sir Roderic the most productive and expert gardener ... "
Daisy Waugh/Sunday Times.
Roddy chaired a further series of gardening talks “The Llewellyn Lectures” at the Burford Garden Company in Oxfordshire. Talkers included Lady Skelmersdale, Alan Titchmarsh, Bunny Guinness, Carol Klein, Roy Lancaster and Joanna Trollope.
In association with Sotheby’s Institute of Art in London, Roddy chaired the "Root and Branch" series running from October 2001 through to March 2002 at Sotheby’s Olympia saleroom in Kensington.
